Frustrated with slipping on yoga practice mats during sweaty Vinyasa-Flow and Ashtanga hatha yoga, two friends set out to find a better way of weaving a yoga practice rug to prevent slipping during asana practice. After much research the patented design of the Shama Yoga Rug emerged.
